    Le douleur comme premier sympt\u00f4me<\/h6>

    Le sympt\u00f4me le plus courant de l\u2019endom\u00e9triose est en effet la douleur. Chronique ou p\u00e9riodique, elle concerne 50 \u00e0 91% des femmes.<\/strong> Leur intensit\u00e9 ne pr\u00e9sage pas de la gravit\u00e9 des l\u00e9sions et il arrive que certaines femmes soient pratiquement asymptomatiques.<\/p>

    Dans la majorit\u00e9 des cas, la douleur li\u00e9e \u00e0 l’endom\u00e9triose ne disparait pas avec un simple parac\u00e9tamol.<\/strong> Elle est invalidante et entra\u00eene une incapacit\u00e9 partielle ou totale, avec des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 se concentrer ou \u00e0 effectuer ses activit\u00e9s quotidiennes. Pour les cas les plus s\u00e9v\u00e8res, elle est permanente et n\u00e9cessite des antalgiques puissants, parfois \u00e0 base de morphine.<\/p>

    Comment identifier, comprendre et expliquer tes douleurs ?<\/h6>

    Ensuite, tu peux utiliser un endojournal pour noter tes douleurs<\/strong>, leur intensit\u00e9 et leur fr\u00e9quence, le contexte dans lequel elles surviennent, … et tout autre param\u00e8tre dont tu veux garder une trace. Cerise sur le g\u00e2teau, c’est un super outil pour pr\u00e9parer tes consultations m\u00e9dicales et pr\u00e9senter des faits concrets dans le temps pour aider ton praticien \u00e0 mieux t’accompagner.<\/p>
