Du 6 au 21 novembre prochain, se tiendra l’ENDOrun 2021.<\/strong> Cette course est propos\u00e9e par l’association ENDOmind <\/a>depuis 2018 . Elle permet de r\u00e9colter des fonds en faveur de la recherche contre l’endom\u00e9triose et de sensibiliser l’opinion publique.<\/p>

Comme l’ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, l’ENDOrun se d\u00e9roulera en version nationale. C’est-\u00e0-dire que chacun.e pourra participer depuis chez soi et choisir son heure et son lieu de d\u00e9part. Tous les formats d’\u00e9preuve sont possibles : courir ou marcher, sur une distance de 3, 5 ou 10km, seul.e ou accompagn\u00e9.e, etc. Des challenges compl\u00e9mentaires seront propos\u00e9s sur la p\u00e9riode ainsi que des lives les 20 et 21 novembre 2021.<\/p>

Comment participer \u00e0 l’ENDOrun 2021 ?<\/h6>

Il suffit de t’inscrire sur la plateforme de l’ENDOrun<\/a> au tarif unique de 5 \u20ac par personne. D’abord, tu choisis ton \u00e9preuve. Tu recevras ton dossard par mail. Ensuite, tu r\u00e9alises ton \u00e9preuve o\u00f9 tu veux et quand tu veux, entre le 6 et le 21 novembre. Enfin, tu pourras d\u00e9clarer ton temps en suivant le lien envoy\u00e9 lors de ton inscription. Et tu auras le plaisir de recevoir ton dipl\u00f4me et de le partager si tu le souhaites !<\/p>

Les \u00e9preuves propos\u00e9es :<\/strong><\/p>

– Course 3km, 5km, 10km
– Marche 3km, 5km, 10km
– Course Distance Libre avec kilom\u00e9trage cumulatif
– Marche Distance Libre avec kilom\u00e9trage cumulatif
– D\u00e9fi sportif libre laissant \u00e0 chacun la possibilit\u00e9 de se lancer son propre d\u00e9fi sportif
– Course Duo 12 km<\/p>

L’ENDOrun est ouverte aux coureurs et coureuses de tous horizons, touch\u00e9s ou non par l\u2019endom\u00e9triose.<\/p>
