Bref, pour tout un tas de raisons compl\u00e8tement valables et compr\u00e9hensibles.<\/p><p><b>Pourtant, le fait de rester au lit \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9couter sa maladie\u00a0\u00bb peut aussi donner l\u2019impression qu\u2019on l\u2019entretient en quelques sorte. <\/b>Qu&rsquo;on lui donne vie, qu&rsquo;on lui donne corps et qu&rsquo;on lui donne une importance pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rante. On est malade et on peut aussi en plus se mettre dans un \u00e9tat d&rsquo;esprit malade. Comme une double peine : maladie de corps et maladie d&rsquo;esprit. Il parait que le mental peut influer sur la sant\u00e9. Alors, respectons-nous mais bougeons-nous !\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Par exemple, j\u2019ai toujours personnellement deux jours particuli\u00e8rement difficiles au moment de mes r\u00e8gles. Si je suis en week-end, je vais vraiment passer en mode loque extra de premi\u00e8re cat\u00e9gorie. Alors que si \u00e7a tombe en semaine, certes je vais me faire violence pour aller travailler mais au final la journ\u00e9e sera pass\u00e9e bien plus vite. Je me serai sentie entour\u00e9e et utile. On aura eu besoin de moi, j&rsquo;aurai eu l&rsquo;impression de contribuer et au final j\u2019aurai pass\u00e9 une bien meilleure journ\u00e9e que si j&rsquo;\u00e9tais rest\u00e9e sous la couette \u00e0 encha\u00eener les s\u00e9ries sur Netflix.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Bien s\u00fbr pour les endogirls les plus atteintes d\u2019entre nous, \u00e7a peut \u00eatre juste impossible de se lever.<\/b> Parfois, c&rsquo;est impossible presque tous les jours. Ce n&rsquo;est plus une question de motivation et \u00e7a devient un vrai handicap li\u00e9 \u00e0 la douleur. Rien de mieux qu&rsquo;un nouveau projet pour se motiver ! Cependant, attention \u00e0 ne pas te frustrer ou te d\u00e9courager. Oui, on se motive pour faire des choses mais on ne se met pas la pression sinon \u00e7a devient trop stressant et d\u00e9courageant. Le secret, c&rsquo;est de pouvoir avancer \u00e0 son rythme. C&rsquo;est \u00e7a la vraie libert\u00e9, non ?<\/span><\/p><div><p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-style: normal;\"><b>Je pense qu&rsquo;on a toutes envie par moment de changement. <\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">Se rebooster. Faire quelque chose de totalement diff\u00e9rent. Rencontrer d&rsquo;autres personnes et apprendre de nouvelles choses. Un diagnostic d&rsquo;endom\u00e9triose qui tombe, c&rsquo;est aussi l&rsquo;occasion de se poser des questions sur sa vie, de tout remettre \u00e0 plat, de faire le point pour mieux repartir. Pourquoi ne pas changer de travail, commencer une nouvelle activit\u00e9 ou partir quelques jours en vacances si tu le peux\u00a0?<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Helvetica, Verdana, Arial, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-style: normal;\"><b>Et si tu r\u00e9alisais tes r\u00eaves ?<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\"> Si tu as des r\u00eaves auxquels tu penses souvent, pourquoi ne pas essayer de les r\u00e9aliser. Est-ce qu&rsquo;elle est \u00e0 ta port\u00e9e ? Oui, alors fonce ! Non, alors tu peux peut-\u00eatre trouver des alternatives pour y arriver \ud83d\ude09<br \/><\/span><b><br \/>Ikigai, trouve ta mission de vie !<\/b> Pour pouvoir \u00eatre \u00e9panouies, nous avons besoin de pouvoir nous accomplir et nous r\u00e9aliser.
