Elles sont uniques car nous sommes toutes diff\u00e9rentes et l&rsquo;endom\u00e9triose varie d&rsquo;une femme \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Tu peux questionner tes douleurs : o\u00f9, quand, comment, avec quelle intensit\u00e9 ? Et les consigner dans ton <b>EndoJournal.<\/b> Tu peux pour cela t&rsquo;aider de la traditionnelle \u00e9chelle d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation de la douleur qui semble \u00eatre un bon premier indicateur. M\u00eame si tu ne sais pas vraiment o\u00f9 te situer sur l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle, tu pourras voir l&rsquo;\u00e9volution au cours de ton cycle pour identifier les crises et les moments de r\u00e9pit.<\/span><\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cra.bzh\/sites\/default\/files\/inline\/Actualit%C3%A9s\/Capture%20Echelles%20douleur%20plaquette%20Bretagne.JPG\" \/><\/p><p>J&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9 un autre outil qui s&rsquo;appelle le Questionnaire Douleur Saint Antoine (QDSA). Il associe douleur sensorielle et affective et permet de pr\u00e9ciser le ressenti en le d\u00e9crivant avec des mots adapt\u00e9s.<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/vignette.wikia.nocookie.net\/ifes\/images\/2\/24\/Qdsa.jpg\/revision\/latest\/scale-to-width-down\/650?cb=20131121225154\" alt=\"Qdsa\" \/><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><b>Apr\u00e8s cette p\u00e9riode d&rsquo;observation plus ou moins longue, tu auras d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien diagnostiqu\u00e9 tes douleurs.<\/b> Peut-\u00eatre auras-tu identifi\u00e9 des sch\u00e9mas qui se r\u00e9p\u00e8tent ? Cela te permettra d&rsquo;anticiper et d&rsquo;adapter ton comportement et ton traitement selon les situations. Tu pourras organiser ta vie au mieux en fonction de tes contraintes physiques, dans la mesure du possible bien entendu.<\/span><\/p><p>Ensuite, tu vas apprendre \u00e0 g\u00e9rer tes douleurs car on ne peut pas toujours les supprimer et il faut bien vivre avec. La souplesse des tissus profonds est particuli\u00e8rement importante dans l\u2019endom\u00e9triose. Des cours de Pilates ou de yoga sont souvent une bonne id\u00e9e pour travailler tout en douceur.
