Tes douleurs sont directement li\u00e9es \u00e0 ton cycle, qu&rsquo;elles surviennent pendant tes r\u00e8gles, \u00e0 l&rsquo;ovulation ou plus souvent encore. Je suis n\u00e9e avec la pilule, prescrite tr\u00e8s librement et parfois m\u00eame pour des usages d\u00e9tourn\u00e9s comme pour limiter l&rsquo;acn\u00e9 par exemple.\u00a0<\/span>Les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations qui nous ont pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9es, parce qu&rsquo;elles avaient peu ou pas de solutions de contraception notamment, \u00e9taient bien plus connect\u00e9es \u00e0 leurs corps. Elle m&rsquo;accompagne \u00e0 toutes les \u00e9tapes de ma vie de femme : suivi simple de mon cycle, endom\u00e9triose, d\u00e9sir de grossesse, etc.\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">Particuli\u00e8rement intuitive, elle a aussi un design minimaliste au top, je n&rsquo;ai jamais eu de bug et elle a su s&rsquo;enrichir et \u00e9voluer au fil du temps.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>Concr\u00e8tement, c&rsquo;est une application qui te permet de suivre de nombreux param\u00e8tres li\u00e9s \u00e0 ton cycle : suivi de tes r\u00e8gles, de tes flux, de ta p\u00e9riode d&rsquo;ovulation, de tes changements hormonaux, de tes niveaux d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, de ta libido, etc.\u00a0<\/p><p>Elle te permet de garder une trace de tes pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents cycles et les mod\u00e9lise pour t&rsquo;aider \u00e0 anticiper les prochains. C&rsquo;est ainsi que je me suis aper\u00e7ue que mes douleurs \u00e9taient r\u00e9currentes sur certaines p\u00e9riodes, que mes coups de sang aussi (sans mauvais jeu de mots)&#8230; J&rsquo;aurai aim\u00e9 d\u00e9couvrir ce sch\u00e9ma qui se r\u00e9p\u00e8te inlassablement plus t\u00f4t pour mieux vivre ma f\u00e9minit\u00e9.
