Elle va privil\u00e9gier un apport en om\u00e9ga 3, en bon gras et laisser de c\u00f4t\u00e9 les ingr\u00e9dients contenant du gluten et des produits laitiers.<\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Au d\u00e9but il n&rsquo;est pas forc\u00e9ment \u00e9vident de changer ses habitudes alimentaires, de passer d&rsquo;une baguette-beurre-confiture \u00e0 un pudding de chia-ol\u00e9agineux-fruits.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Il faut juste tenter, essayer, exp\u00e9rimenter et une nouvelle routine de petit-d\u00e9jeuner aura vu le jour sans que tu ne t&rsquo;en aper\u00e7oives ! Tu seras vite heureuse et fi\u00e8re d&rsquo;avoir\u00a0<\/span><a style=\"font-size: 15px; background-color: #ffffff;\" href=\"https:\/\/endoyellow.com\/index.php\/2019\/12\/17\/6-adapter-son-alimentation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">adapt\u00e9 ton alimentation<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Je te propose donc ici quelques id\u00e9es de recettes \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser rapidement : pudding de graines de chia, Miam \u00d4 Fruits, pancakes et banana bread. Je t&rsquo;indique le temps moyen de pr\u00e9paration pour faciliter ton choix le moment venu \ud83d\ude09<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h6 style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><b>Pudding de graines de Chia<\/b><\/h6><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><em>R\u00e9alisation de la base (la veille) : 10 minutes. Repos : une nuit. Garniture : 2 minutes !<\/em><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">J&rsquo;aime beaucoup cette recette, et je dois dire que je mange avec plaisir une fois par jour ces pudding \u2013 au petit-d\u00e9jeuner ou en dessert.<\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Je le recommande \u00e0 toutes celles qui, comme moi et \u00e0 cause de l&rsquo;endom\u00e9triose, ont des probl\u00e8mes de constipation. Cela t&rsquo;aidera \u00e0 r\u00e9guler ton transit et \u00e0 faciliter le passage aux toilettes avec moins de douleurs.<\/p><ul><li>Dans un petit bol verse une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de graines de chia.<\/li><li>Ajoute ensuite environ quatre \u00e0 cinq fois son volume de lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal (lait d&rsquo;amande, de riz, de coco \u2013 j&rsquo;affectionne particuli\u00e8rement le lait riz\/noisette qui donne un go\u00fbt tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration).<\/li><li>Il faut ensuite bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li><li>Laisse reposer quelques minutes puis m\u00e9lange \u00e0 nouveau afin que les graines ne se collent pas entre elles et commencent \u00e0 former un mucilage qui donnera cet aspect tr\u00e8s caract\u00e9ristique et \u00e9pais de \u00ab\u00a0pudding\u00a0\u00bb.<\/li><li>Mets ton bol pour la nuit au frigo et hop! c&rsquo;est pr\u00eat le lendemain matin.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Il ne te reste qu&rsquo;\u00e0 le garnir \u00e0 ton envie : cranberries s\u00e9ch\u00e9es, noix de cajou, amandes, noisettes, graines de tournesol, graines de courges et tout ce qui te fera plaisir&#8230; ainsi que les fruits frais de ton choix !<\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Tu obtiendras rapidement la bonne consistance pour ces puddings avec un tout petit peu de pratique. Si jamais le matin tu te rends compte que c&rsquo;est trop liquide, tu peux doucement \u00e9coper avec une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 et tu sauras que la prochaine fois il faut un tout petit peu moins de lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal ; si \u00e0 l&rsquo;inverse c&rsquo;est trop compact, tu peux directement rajouter un peu de lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal et m\u00e9langer.<\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Je te conseille de pr\u00e9parer trois \u00e0 quatre bols d&rsquo;un coup pour \u00eatre tranquille, ils se conservent tr\u00e8s bien au frais.<\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Attention, la dose d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de graines de chia est la consommation quotidienne recommand\u00e9e, ne t&rsquo;amuse pas \u00e0 manger deux puddings de suite \ud83d\ude09<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h6 style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><b>Miam \u00d4 Fruits<\/b><\/h6><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><em>R\u00e9alisation : environ 10 minutes<\/em><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">J&rsquo;aime\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">\u00e9galement<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">beaucoup cette recette au petit-d\u00e9jeuner. Elle me cale bien pour la matin\u00e9e et je sens qu&rsquo;elle m&rsquo;apporte de bonnes choses ; la digestion est facile. La r\u00e9alisation est juste un peu plus longue et demande l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;un moulin \u00e0 graines ou d&rsquo;un petit mixeur puissant (j&rsquo;utilise un\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3fIhtby\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Magic bullet<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">).<\/span><\/p><ul><li>Dans un bol \u00e9crase \u00e0 la fourchette une demie banane pour la rendre presque liquide.<\/li><li>Ajoute deux cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;une huile riche en om\u00e9ga 3 bio (colza, chanvre, noix. Personnellement j&rsquo;utilise l&rsquo;huile de cameline pour son petit go\u00fbt de noisette).<\/li><li>Broie une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de graines de lin et une autre de graines de s\u00e9same.<\/li><li>Ajoute-les \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration ainsi que deux cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de jus de citron bio frais.<\/li><li>M\u00e9lange bien le tout. Ta base est pr\u00eate, tu peux maintenant garnir d&rsquo;une poign\u00e9e d&rsquo;ol\u00e9agineux au choix et de plusieurs morceaux de fruits frais.<\/li><\/ul><h6 style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><b>Pancakes<\/b><\/h6><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><em>R\u00e9alisation (pour 6 pancakes) : 15 minutes en comptant la cuisson<\/em><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Je r\u00e9serve cette pr\u00e9paration aux week-ends mais elle ne demande pas tant de temps que cela au final. C&rsquo;est tellement bon et id\u00e9al pour un petit brunch \ud83d\ude42<\/p><ul><li>\u00c9crase deux bananes pour les rendre bien liquides.<\/li><li>Ajoute deux \u0153ufs et m\u00e9lange bien.<\/li><li>Ins\u00e8re ensuite un petit verre de farine de sarrasin ainsi qu&rsquo;un petit verre de poudre d&rsquo;amande en remuant bien.<\/li><li>Tu peux ensuite utiliser un cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&rsquo;huile de coco pour graisser ta po\u00eale.<\/li><li>Fais d&rsquo;abord bien chauffer puis baisses le feu sur une temp\u00e9rature moyenne et cuis tes pancakes un \u00e0 un.<\/li><li>Tu peux ensuite garnir \u00e0 ta convenance de pur\u00e9e d&rsquo;ol\u00e9agineux et de fruits !<\/li><\/ul><h6 style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><b>Banana Bread<\/b><\/h6><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><em style=\"font-size: 16px;\">R\u00e9alisation : environ 20 minutes. Cuisson : 45 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0 (th.6)<\/em><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Cette derni\u00e8re recette te demandera un peu plus de temps. Tu peux te pr\u00e9parer ce banana bread la veille au soir ou le week-end. Tu pourras ensuite manger de d\u00e9licieuses tartines d\u00e8s le petit-d\u00e9jeuner et pour une bonne partie de la semaine. C&rsquo;est d\u00e9licieux avec un petit peu de confiture ou de p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner.<\/span><\/p><ul><li>Pr\u00e9chauffe ton four.<\/li><li>Verse 100g de sucre (roux ou de coco) et 40g d&rsquo;huile (neutre ou d&rsquo;olives) dans un saladier et bats bien au fouet.<\/li><li>\u00c9crase ensuite 4 bananes bien m\u00fbres et ajoute les au m\u00e9lange.<\/li><li>Verse 150g de farine de sarrasin, 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de bicarbonate alimentaire, 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de levure, 1 pinc\u00e9e de sel et 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe du lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal de ton choix.<\/li><li>M\u00e9lange bien au fouet jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne.<\/li><li>Huile l\u00e9g\u00e8rement un moule \u00e0 cake et r\u00e9partis ta pr\u00e9paration.<\/li><li>Enfourne enfin pour 45 minutes et v\u00e9rifie la cuisson en piquant au couteau ton cake \u2013 la lame doit ressortir s\u00e8che.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Sache que tu peux selon tes envies ajouter \u00e0 ta pr\u00e9paration de la noix de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e, des p\u00e9pites de chocolat, des fruits secs ou des ol\u00e9agineux.
