Adapter tes jeans \u00e0 ton endo belly<\/b><\/h6>

Avec l’endom\u00e9triose, nombreuses sont celles d’entre nous qui exp\u00e9rimentent l’endo belly. Un bien joli nom pour d\u00e9signer un sympt\u00f4me bien moins agr\u00e9able. Souvent tu es oblig\u00e9e de porter des pantalons un plus plus grands pour pouvoir \u00eatre \u00e0 l’aise tout au long de la journ\u00e9e. Trop grands quand ton ventre est au repos, ils restent toujours trop serr\u00e9s quand ton endo belly pointe son nez. Concr\u00e8tement, il s’agit de glisser un \u00e9lastique \u00e0 boutonni\u00e8res dans la ceinture de ton pantalon avec un syst\u00e8me de boutons qui te permettent de r\u00e9gler la taille \u00e0 l’envie. C’est un syst\u00e8me tout simple qui est souvent propos\u00e9 sur les v\u00eatements pour enfants ou femmes enceintes.<\/span><\/h6>

Qu’est-ce qu’un \u00e9lastique \u00e0 boutonni\u00e8res ?<\/span><\/p>

C’est un \u00e9lastique qui est trou\u00e9 sur toute sa longueur de petites fentes – les boutonni\u00e8res – pour y glisser les boutons l\u00e0 o\u00f9 on le souhaite. Tu peux en trouver facilement en mercerie ou en ligne. Voici \u00e0 quoi ils ressemblent. Voici comment te sentir (enfin) \u00e0 l’aise dans tes jeans en 4 \u00e9tapes !<\/p>

Etape 1 –<\/b> Il s’agit de couper deux fentes \u00e0 l’int\u00e9rieur de ton jean. Attention, il ne faut couper que le tissu int\u00e9rieur. De l’ext\u00e9rieur, c’est ni vu, ni connu. Il faut garder un peu de marge en haut et en bas de la fente mais que celle-ci soit assez grande tout de m\u00eame pour laisser passer ton \u00e9lastique. Etape 3 –<\/span>\u00a0Tu couds solidement une des extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s de ton \u00e9lastique, \u00e0 l’ext\u00e9rieur de l’emplacement de ton bouton. Puis, \u00e0 l’aide d’une \u00e9pingle \u00e0 nourrice, tu glisses l’\u00e9lastique \u00e0 l’int\u00e9rieur de ta ceinture de jean, en le faisant passer par les fentes.
