Le premier challenge de l’endom\u00e9triose, c’est de poser un nom sur la maladie.<\/h3>

Souvent les femmes atteintes d’endom\u00e9triose sont d\u00e9tect\u00e9es tard, apr\u00e8s plusieurs ann\u00e9es de douleurs et d’incompr\u00e9hension.
<\/b>Et puis un beau jour, un peu par hasard, tu rencontres un m\u00e9decin un peu sensibilis\u00e9 \u00e0 cette maladie presque taboue. Ou alors tu tombes sur un article dans la presse… et l\u00e0. Vlan. L’\u00e9vidence. \u00ab\u00a0Mais c’est tout moi, \u00e7a ! Je coche toutes les cases. J’ai tous les sympt\u00f4mes !\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>

Apr\u00e8s quelques examens, le diagnostic se confirme. Et l\u00e0, bizarrement, tu ressens un immense soulagement. Anxiog\u00e8ne et rassurant \u00e0 la fois. C’est lourd, c’est triste et pourtant, c’est parfois presque une bonne nouvelle. <\/b><\/span>Enfin, tu poses un nom sur ce que tu vis. Tu n\u2019es pas folle. Tu n’es pas seule et surtout, tu n’es pas une chochotte ! <\/span>Et alors, tu as presque envie de le crier sur tous les toits. <\/span><\/p>

Tu as d\u00e9sormais le droit de souffrir car tu as une bonne raison.<\/b><\/span> Une explication valable, scientifique et factuelle. Mais surtout, si tu as envie que tout le monde soit au courant, c\u2019est d\u2019abord par solidarit\u00e9 f\u00e9minine. <\/b>Si d’autres femmes ou jeunes filles vivent les m\u00eames douleurs que toi sans savoir pourquoi, tu peux maintenant leur donner une piste \u00e0 explorer. Tu peux aider \u00e0 ce que ton errance m\u00e9dicale ne se r\u00e9p\u00e8te plus.<\/span><\/p>

Les premi\u00e8res r\u00e8gles sont un temps \u00e0 part dans la vie d\u2019une femme.<\/b><\/span> C\u2019est l\u2019occasion d\u2019un \u00e9change privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 entres femmes. On a le sentiment de franchir une \u00e9tape, comme une sorte de rite initiatique.<\/span>Je me souviens que pour mes premi\u00e8res r\u00e8gles ma m\u00e8re et ma s\u0153ur m\u2019avaient offert un petit parfum \u201cparce que j\u2019\u00e9tais une femme maintenant\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>

Et si nous transmettions \u201cles r\u00e8gles des r\u00e8gles\u201d ? <\/b>Et si avec notre exp\u00e9rience de femmes, on guidait les adolescentes sur ce qui est \u201cnormal\u201d ou pas ? Offrons aussi aux jeunes filles un enseignement fondamental : ce n\u2019est pas normal d\u2019avoir des douleurs tr\u00e8s vives pendant ses r\u00e8gles.Ce n\u2019est pas normal de souffrir m\u00eame si l\u2019on est une femme. Ce n’est pas normal de manquer l’\u00e9cole ou le travail pendant ses r\u00e8gles.<\/p>

Les sympt\u00f4mes de l’endom\u00e9triose :\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

    Cette liste n’est pas exhaustive, ce sont les principaux indicateurs d’une endom\u00e9triose. \u00c0\u00a0l’inverse, ce n’est pas parce que tu as ces sympt\u00f4mes que tu as forc\u00e9ment une endom\u00e9triose.\u00a0<\/span> Cependant, si tu te sens concern\u00e9e par l’un ou plusieurs de ces sympt\u00f4mes, n’h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 consulter un m\u00e9decin qui saura t’\u00e9couter.     En parler, en parler, en parler ! <\/b><\/span>Arborer le ruban jaune, symbole de la lutte contre l’endom\u00e9triose ! Discuter de tout avec tes ami.es, tes coll\u00e8gues, ta famille\u2026. m\u00eame de r\u00e8gles, de sang, de douleurs co\u00eftales, de diarrh\u00e9es et de constipation chroniques. Oui, de tout. Oui, c\u2019est un peu d\u00e9go\u00fbtant (ou pas d\u2019ailleurs) mais ce sont avant tout des sympt\u00f4mes, des messages d\u2019alerte que nous envoie notre corps.<\/span><\/p>
